Mananam - Season 1

'Mananam' is a self-reflective space for Svādhyāya for yoga practitioners at any level to join. This will be a monthly online space hosted by me on the last Sunday of every month. The intent of this initiative is to support personal sādhana while engaging deeper with the global community of practitioners in this space. There is no course fee to join, but you are welcome to support the space in any manner you wish to. For the Season 1 of the Mananam series, we will read and reflect upon 'Health, Healing & Beyond' from January to April 2023.
